TERMS & CONDITIONS

• Dear Valued Customers, To ensure your satisfaction and provide better service, we kindly ask you to read these terms to understand your rights and ours, fostering cooperation and meeting your expectations.
• The storage period for purchased goods in our warehouses is 60 days from the invoice date. (A fee of 5% of the invoice value will be charged for each month of storage thereafter)
• We are not responsible for calculating quantities, measurements, or layouts.
• In case the quantity is insufficient for the actual area, the invoice will be issued based on either square meters or the factory's carton packaging. The quantity is calculated as recorded by the factory.
• Delivery to the customer's location is limited to Riyadh city and requires an invoice value exceeding 3,000 SAR.
• Goods will be delivered within 3 to 7 days from the invoice date, according to our warehouse delivery schedule. If delivery is divided into multiple shipments, the customer bears the cost of each additional delivery.
• If our warehouse contacts the customer or their authorized representative and receives no response, the delivery will be postponed to another day.
• Goods will be unloaded in front of the customer's residence only.
• The access route must be paved and easily reachable to ensure the safety of your goods.
• Our responsibility for the goods ends once the customer signs the receipt.
• No complaints will be accepted after receipt.
• Goods can be returned within 30 days of the invoice date.
• For full returns within the agreed period, 10% of the invoice value will be deducted as transport and labor fees.
• For partial returns, the customer must deliver the goods to our warehouse.
• We reserve the right to reject returns if the goods are not in their original condition as delivered.
• The refund for returned items will be processed within 10 to 14 days of the return date.
• Customers must follow factory installation guidelines. We are not responsible for any errors resulting from improper installation.
