Online Exchange & Return Policy

You can return products within Thirty (30) days and exchange them from the date of receiving the order.

Return & Exchange Conditions:

  • The product must be in its original condition, unused, and include the original packaging along with all accessories.
  • Products will be inspected by the relevant department to ensure they meet the conditions before approval or rejection of the return or exchange request.
  • The customer will not be charged for shipping or delivery fees if the company made an error in the order or if the product was damaged.
  • The customer must retain proof of shipping when returning a product to avoid any issues.
  • If the product was purchased from one of our Showrooms, returns and exchanges must be processed through the same showroom.
  • If the return, exchange, or cancellation is requested at the customer's discretion, they will bear the shipping costs, in addition to a 5% deduction from the value of the returned products to cover operational and logistical costs. In the case of an exchange for another product with a different price, the customer will bear the price difference and shipping fees.
  • The refund process will take between 7 to 14 Working days and will be made via bank transfer only. The return will be processed by Cordoba Eye to the customer’s account, in compliance with the conditions mentioned in this policy.

Return & Exchange Process:

  • Contact customer service via the unified number 920001095 or WhatsApp at +966558006624 to provide order details (order number and requested action).
  • The customer will be guided to the nearest shipping location to return the product.
  • Once the product is received, it will be inspected by the relevant department to ensure it meets the conditions, and the necessary action will be taken accordingly.

Additional Notes:

  • Any product that has been modified or customized upon the customer’s request cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • The company is committed to providing after-sales services in accordance with the regulations of the Ministry of Commerce.
  • Damages resulting from misuse or accidents are not covered under the return or warranty policy.
